Step-by-Step Guidance: After purchase, you will receive a detailed PDF guide and personal assistance to help you maintain your game account (if applicable).
2. Refund Policy
Service Issues: Refunds or replacements are issued only if there is a problem with the activation or account setup service delivered by HexenVault.
Game Issues: HexenVault does not provide refunds or support for in-game bugs, performance issues, or publisher-related problems. For such issues, please contact the official game publisher’s support.
3. Account Management & Responsibility
Login Responsibility: Once we activate and confirm that your game is installed and running, it is your responsibility to maintain login access.
Logout Clause: Manually logging out of the provided account after successful verification voids the service warranty.
Single Device Use: Services are intended for one device only. Using or sharing the account on multiple devices is strictly prohibited.
4. Usage Restrictions
No Account Sharing: Sharing your activated account with others voids both warranty and support.
One-Time Setup Guarantee: We ensure a smooth one-time setup. Issues caused by user modifications (logout, password reset, unauthorized changes) are not covered.
5. Warranty
What’s Covered: Only account/activation-related issues are covered under warranty.
Not Covered: Game bugs, server problems, publisher restrictions, or future game updates are not covered.
Termination of Warranty: Warranty becomes void if you log out of the account, attempt to share the account, or use the account on multiple devices.

Service Agreement: By purchasing our services, you confirm that you are paying for our expertise and support services, not for the game or any game account.
