Refund, Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At HexenVault, we sell digital products such as game keys, software licenses, and subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Since our products are digital, no physical returns are required.
  • Refunds or replacements are only possible if the product delivered is invalid, non-functional, or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The product key/account provided is invalid or does not work at the time of delivery.
  • The product was not delivered to the customer’s email/WhatsApp.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof (screenshot/video).

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has already been redeemed/activated.
  • The product is working as described.
  • The issue arises from system incompatibility, region locks, or bans unrelated to HexenVault.
  • Wrong details (such as email/account information) were entered by the customer.
  • The customer changes their mind after placing the order.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may provide replacements in the following cases:

  • If the delivered product key/account does not activate.
  • If the wrong product was delivered.

Conditions for replacement:

  • Proof must be submitted (screenshots or video).
  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement will be provided free of cost once verified.

4. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • A refund/replacement is only possible if the product is not delivered or is invalid upon release.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as our products are digitally delivered.
  • Please ensure that all details (email, account, region, platform, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.
  • By placing an order on HexenVault, you agree to this no-cancellation policy.
